Product scope of application

This instrument is used for the following testing purposes:

★ Used for quality control of arc extinguishing chambers in vacuum arc extinguishing chamber production lines and incoming inspection of arc extinguishing chambers by circuit breaker manufacturers. This type of tester is equipped with a fixed coil.

★ Used to detect the vacuum degree of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber installed on the switch machine. This type of testing is mainly used for routine maintenance and capacity testing of the power supply department to determine the bearing capacity of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. This type of testing instrument is equipped with a detachable coil.

Main technical connotations of the product

★ Sampling technology based on ionized charge

The XW-100D vacuum degree tester adopts sampling technology based on ionization charge. Our company's experts found in the study of magnetron discharge that there is a very accurate correspondence between the vacuum degree in the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and the amount of ionized charge when the external excitation power supply, geometric dimensions of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, and materials used are constant, while there is only a probabilistic correlation with the peak value of the ionization current. Therefore, our company has developed a sampling technology based on ionized charges, which significantly improves the accuracy of vacuum degree measurement in vacuum arc extinguishing chambers.

★ Handling of leakage current

When high voltage is applied to both ends of a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber in a disconnected state, there will be several microamperes of leakage current with varying values. Even vacuum arc extinguishing chambers of the same model have significant individual differences in this leakage current. Especially for vacuum arc extinguishing chambers installed on the entire machine, due to the leakage of insulation support components around them, the total sum of these leakage currents has greater instability and unpredictability, and is numerically equivalent to the ionization current of vacuum arc extinguishing chambers on the order of 10E-4Pa. We use the method of starting high voltage twice, deducting the leakage current, to ensure the vacuum measurement accuracy of both the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber installed on the whole machine and the one to be installed.

★ Distinguish a completely leaking vacuum arc extinguishing chamber

In the XW-100D vacuum degree tester, the complete leakage of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is determined by high-voltage breakdown.

★ Built in measurement curves for almost all vacuum arc extinguishing chambers at home and abroad

Due to their different geometric dimensions and materials, the discharge charge of a vacuum interrupter varies significantly when the internal vacuum degree and external excitation power supply are constant. For accurate measurement, there is a corresponding curve from ionization charge to vacuum degree for each type of vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. Our company's experts have obtained data on the relationship between ionization charge and vacuum degree of almost all vacuum arc extinguishing chambers at home and abroad through close cooperation with major domestic manufacturers. Through mathematical processing, their characteristic parameters are input into the product. Therefore, the XW-100D product is equipped with measurement curves for almost all vacuum arc extinguishing chambers both domestically and internationally. This is rare among similar products both domestically and internationally.

★ Comprehensive input protection circuit

When the vacuum degree of the vacuum extinguishing chamber is very low, the vacuum extinguishing chamber will be broken down by high voltage during measurement, and the instantaneous high voltage will be directly applied to the sampling circuit at the signal input end, causing it to withstand very strong electrical shock. The sampling circuit of the signal input terminal of XW-100D has added a complete protection circuit, so even if the instrument temporarily malfunctions due to high voltage impact at the input terminal (restart is sufficient), it will not cause damage to the circuit part.

Unique features of the product

Add a large LCD screen display, without the need for an instruction manual, and directly select the tube type for testing on the screen.

The number of built-in curves has increased from 35 to 43, and the corresponding pipe types have increased from over 200 to more than 300.

Product usage precautions

When making various connections to this machine, please do not grab the cable and pull it, but hold the plug for operation.

Please do not place this machine in places that may be exposed to heat and moisture, such as stoves, sinks, etc.

When this machine is brought from a cold environment to a fully heated environment, moisture may condense inside the machine, resulting in a decrease in insulation level. Please confirm that there is no moisture inside the device before use.

Please place this machine in a well ventilated area where dust is not easily collected.

Please be careful not to use the machine during thunderstorms.

During startup and shutdown, the high-voltage output line must not touch the human body to prevent electric shock.

When measuring, do not touch high-voltage lines and magnetic current lines to prevent electric shock.

Please use a soft and dry cloth to wipe the machine, and it is strictly prohibited to use chemical agents such as gasoline and banana oil for wiping.

Please confirm if the local power grid voltage matches the local power supply voltage: AC 220 ± 10 percentage points 50/60HZ

Please do not damage the cables carried randomly to ensure normal use. Once any damage is found, please replace them immediately.

When the instrument malfunctions, please contact our technical personnel immediately. Do not disassemble the machine yourself to avoid injury to the operator and unnecessary damage to the instrument. Self dismantling is not within the scope of our company's warranty.
